Trade

- Payment is not required at the time of booking, payment reminders will be sent prior to the event, it is best to pay as soon as possible to confirm your place. You will not be allowed to trade with no payment before arrival

- All trade bookings are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday early morning if you wish to trade

- Your pitch must include your camping space, please book appropriately. Pitches are 10 metres deep.

- All plots are outside and on grass

- Marquees or tables are not provided

- Electricity MUST be purchased in advanced at the time of booking

Add ons:

Any extra passes needed over the allocated amount will have to be paid for in advance. All-electric hook-ups must be ordered and paid for in advance.

Arrival times:

Thursday: After 12pm

Friday: 9am - 2pm

Please be completely set up by 3pm on the Friday.

Trading hours:

Friday - 4pm - late

Saturday - the arena will be busy on Saturday from 3pm-late evening.

Sunday - there is no entertainment but you are welcome to stay open (please note some equipment may be taken down this day)

Monday - pack down commences 9 am
