NEW FOR 2026! Previously known as VW Campout, this beloved gathering has been reimagined as the sister event to Vans In The Valley. Set overlooking Holy Island in Northumberland, this unique campout offers three nights of relaxed camping and two evenings of live entertainment, all in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
All makes and models of vans are welcome!

Once on-site you can come and go as you please. Please keep movement once dark to a minimum.

Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. Tickets usually appear within 10 minutes. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page. We can always sort you out on the gate as well with ticket issues.

Vans By The Bay is the ultimate chilled-out weekend for camping and van lifers. Live acoustic music in the evenings, bar serving local beers and ales. All set in a stunning location overlooking Holy Island. If you've been to our sister event Vans In The Valley, expect the same great thing but with different views!

We’ll have one caterer on-site serving delicious meals! Stay tuned for more info. There is also Bamburgh down the road, which is well worth a visit.

Enjoy acoustic performances on Friday and Saturday nights, complemented by an on-site caterer and bar offering a selection of local beers and ales. The breathtaking local scenery is perfect for exploration. On Saturday, we’ll host a circus workshop and a fun quiz.

Drinking water on site, a skip for your rubbish, hot showers and waste facilities. Portable toilets will also be on site.

We welcome all makes and models of vans, caravans, and yes—tents too! No matter your budget or build, we welcome everyone to join us.

No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass.

No refund policy on all ticket types, in the event that we need to cancel all tickets will be transferred to a new date.

Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after 12pm at your campsite.
